Aligned with the vision of the National Education Policy (2020), the Faculty Development Program is thoughtfully designed to empower educators with the skills, knowledge and industry exposure required to stay relevant in today’s rapidly evolving academic and professional landscape. The program focuses on bridging the gap between academics and industry through a blend of practical learning, hands on exposure, and access to modern tools and methodologies.

The vision of Faculty Development Program is to cultivate highly competent, innovative and motivated educators who enhance student learning outcomes and drive institutional excellence. It is a structured initiative designed to enhance the pedagogical, research and technical skills, ensuring they stay connected with academic trends and technology while building competencies in digital literacy, AI, design thinking, soft skills & emotional intelligence enabling faculty to deliver more engaging, practical and student-centric learning experiences.

KEY FOCUS AREAS - TRAINING MODULES
  • Digital Literacy & Modern Teaching Tools: Covers digital communication, cybersecurity awareness, hybrid teaching methods, and content creation techniques.
  • AI Literacy & Role of AI: Introduction to AI fundamentals, industry applications, and ethical usage.
  • NEP Implementation: Covers topics related to NEP and its implementation.
  • Design Thinking: Focus on problem-solving frameworks, prototyping, and creativity.
  • Soft Skills: Communication, leadership, email etiquette, presentation skills, and time management.
  • Emotional Quotient: Empathy, stress management, and student-centric teaching.
  • Miscellaneous: POSH, IPR, Johari Window, career counselling & professional etiquettes.
